1. Introduction

The “BNBU Entrepreneur Growth Plan" is designed to accompany BNBU's holistic education and liberal arts philosophy. It endeavors to stimulate student engagement in a variety of innovative and entrepreneurial activities. Furthermore, it seeks to augment their overall literacy through practical implementation, fostering the development of well-rounded, curious, and inventive talents brimming with potential for the future.

As students partake in innovation and entrepreneurial contests, they acquire appropriate credits proportional to the level of competition. The "BNBU Entrepreneur Growth Plan" accumulates credits for each individual student. Upon reaching specified scores and meeting certain criteria, they may qualify for divergent honors such as the "New Entrepreneurial Talent" (创业达人新秀) award, the "Pioneering Innovator" (创业探索先锋) award, or "Outstanding Entrepreneur Star" (超凡创业亮星) award. The purpose is to recognize students' achievements in innovation and entrepreneurship and their contributions to the construction of the school's innovation and entrepreneurship culture.

In May each year, the top 80 students will be invited to attend the annual innovation and entrepreneurship award ceremony and dinner for free.
