BNBU has contributed to fostering the all-round development of its students since established. The university has consistently encouraged students to pursue independent innovation and entrepreneurship with support of a range of resource platforms and educational assistance.

The Alumni Entrepreneurship Mentor Programme aims to invite outstanding alumni to serve as off-campus mentors for current students. Through mentorship and guidance, the program supports students in their personal and professional growth, contributes to the university’s development, and leverages alumni expertise in areas such as industry awareness, career planning, professional skill enhancement, innovation and entrepreneurship education, and the integration of industry, academia, research, and application.

It embodies the responsibility and spirit of giving back unique to BNBUers, encouraging alumni to participate in the university’s development and fostering a collaborative education system between alumni and the university.
