The BNBU Industrial-University Research Collaboration Centre was initiated and established by BNBU as an incubation center dedicated to promoting technological innovation and entrepreneurial development. Covering more than 4,600 square meters of modern office space, the Centre supports young generations in the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area as well as faculty, students, and alumni from BNBU in their innovation and entrepreneurship activities.
Under the guidance and support from the university, the Centre has built a comprehensive platform integrating scientific research, education, and practical application. It provides entrepreneurs and enterprises with high-standard office facilities, shared spaces, professional incubation services, and technology innovation services, all aimed at accelerating the launch and growth of startup projects.
Workspace Support: High-quality office facilities available for newly registered enterprises or projects, with up to five years of rent-free use.
Customized Service Voucher Package: Service vouchers valued at up to RMB one hundred thousand are provided, covering operational services including but not limited to business registration, finance and taxation, auditing, legal services, and more to fully support business operations.
Entrepreneurship Investment Fund: Equity investment of up to 1 million is offered to help enterprises accelerate growth to help the development of enterprises.
Growth Awards: Incentives are available for outstanding enterprises, including patent authorization, certification as a technology-based SME, recognition as a high-tech enterprise, and prizes from innovation competitions.
The Centre offers a variety of specialized training sessions, including finance and taxation, legal affairs, and management.
The Centre assists enterprises in connecting with professional service providers and high-quality industry resources.
The Centre implements standardized management practices to help projects and companies integrate into the Centre and foster a collaborative, win–win ecosystem.
Newly registered enterprises will undergo a one-year adaptation period, during which the Centre provides dedicated support and supervision. Regular evaluations will be implemented to determine the direction of future cooperation.
Enterprises must submit a Monthly Business Data Survey Form to help the Centre monitor and support their development.
An annual performance review will be implemented to evaluate business growth, market performance, and related metrics to guide further development of registered enterprises.
Active participation in meetings, training programs, and networking events organized by the Centre is required to strengthen connections with the Centre and other resident enterprises.
Full adherence to the Centre’s unified management policies and detailed regulations is required.

Await Preliminary Review. If approved, you will receive notice for further evaluation and interviews.
Sign the Residency Agreement and complete all entry procedures after successfully passing all evaluations.
