Allen has been involved in a wide range of sports since childhood. His energetic and competitive nature has shaped a steadfast belief in challenge, progress, and continuous growth.

In 2007, while studying Applied Economics at BNBU and influenced by the “whole-person education, Allen co-founded the university rugby team with Coach Mr. Gao and served as team captain. This experience gave him his first real sense of the power of teamwork and the impact of sports education—planting the seeds for his future entrepreneurial journey.

In 2015, driven by a passion for healthy living and a mission to introduce and promote CrossFit in Hong Kong, Allen and his team founded Fitness Academy HK in Quarry Bay, Hong Kong Island. The facility spans approximately 3,500 sq. ft. and integrates functional training, nutrition, and sports education into a comprehensive fitness space.

Allen believes that health and fitness are a lifelong journey. Guided by evidence-based training methods and a culture of continual learning, the coaching team helps every member build sound health principles and develop sustainable training habits. From professional personal training to youth strength and conditioning programs, Fitness Academy is committed to making movement a natural part of everyday life.

Under Allen’s leadership, Fitness Academy HK has grown into one of Hong Kong’s most influential CrossFit brands.

- Recognized as a “Hong Kong Star Gym” for five consecutive years (2020–2025).

- Successfully launched children and youth physical development programs, advancing health education in schools and the wider community

Allen sees fitness not only as training, but as a way of life and a personal philosophy. He hopes that by sharing his experiences and stories from his entrepreneurial journey, he can inspire more people to pursue and achieve their own entrepreneurial dreams.
