Ms. Chen is a senior technology broker and corporate compliance officer with six years of experience in the domestic financial investment industry. She has access to top-tier investment and financing resources in China, and is well-versed in the entire process of fundraising, investing, management, and exit.  

In 2019, she founded Zhuhai An Jian Enterprise Consulting Co., Ltd., specializing in technology services. From 2022 to 2024, she was consecutively responsible for the operation and maintenance of government-supported technology platforms, assisting the Guangdong FinTech Promotion Association in organizing the Zhuhai Financial Services Week. Through these efforts, she accumulated extensive experience in coordinating government initiatives.  

To date, she has provided entrepreneurial training, mentorship, and consulting services to over 200 SMEs in the technology sector. Her services cover a wide range of areas, including:

In 2024, the Zhuhai Industrial Technology Research Institute of the Guangdong Academy of Sciences invested to establish Guangke An Jian (Zhuhai) Technology Services Co., Ltd., based on the foundation of Zhuhai An Jian Enterprise Consulting Co., Ltd. This makes it one of the few technology service companies in China with state-owned shareholders. The company aims to provide technology-based enterprises with precise and efficient policy consulting, gradient cultivation, investment and financing matching, commercialization of technological achievements, and related supporting services.
