Ben Wang graduated with a degree in Statistics from BNBU and subsequently earned a Master's in Business Quantitative Analysis from City University of Hong Kong. After graduation, he actively engaged in various entrepreneurial ventures and achieved notable returns by investing in and participating in the operations of alumni-founded fintech, cross-border finance, and modern Chinese catering projects. These experiences provided him with extensive hands-on business expertise and the ability to quickly learn and understand the essence of diverse industries.  

Later, Ben transitioned into the financial sector, holding key positions at Essence Securities (now SDIC Securities) Research Institute and a company licensed with the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (Type 9 license). These roles in licensed financial institutions deepened his understanding of the nuanced interplay between business operations and regulatory frameworks, laying the groundwork for his eventual founding of Shenzhen Yin Qian International Business Services Co., Ltd.  

Established in 2019, Shenzhen Yin Qian International Business Services is a consultancy specializing in cross-border compliance solutions. Since its establishment, the team has accumulated extensive experience, which successfully assist numerous enterprises—including listed companies, state-owned enterprises, and large private firms—with Outbound Direct Investment (ODI) filings, FDI setups, cross-border RMB pool establishment, and VIE structure implementation.

Leveraging Hong Kong as a strategic gateway for global expansion, the company also supports financial enterprises in licensing applications, with proven success in securing SFC Type 1 (dealing in securities), Type 4 (advising on securities), Type 9 (asset management), Trust or Company Service Provider (TCSP) licenses, Money Service Operator (MSO) licenses, and Hong Kong Limited Partnership Fund (LPF) structures.  

Ben has expressed his willingness to share insights and lessons from his entrepreneurial and professional journey, and offer guidance to alumni who aspire to pursue careers in finance, particularly in SFC-licensed businesses, in Mainland China, Hong Kong, or other countries.
