The entrepreneurial journey from 2018 to 2026 also marks Yang Fan’s transition from serving client brands to building her own brands. In the first six years, Yang Fan dedicated herself to Platonic Culture Development (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd. (PCD), a team focused on three core businesses: comprehensive brand consulting, content production, and event planning. Skilled in holistic thinking, she provides professional insights from a full-cycle perspective on brand development. Within the Greater Bay Area, she has served over 70 brand cases in depth, spanning government, education, commerce, real estate, industrial parks, catering, jewelry, fashion, education, and new energy, earning widespread recognition.

In 2024, she founded F·An, a non-conventional commercial project centered on a premium canteen, integrated with diverse formats including a brewery, social space, and music. She then established uuMountain, embarking on the next six-year journey into content-driven commerce. This led to the gradual launch of physical brand stores such as an art toy brand, an art store, and a reptile café. Starting in 2026, Yang Fan shares that she plans to integrate multiple self-owned brands into a youth lifestyle complex, with expansion underway in cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Chengdu.

Yang Fan not only brings extensive entrepreneurial experience but also actively contributes to alumni affairs. She advocates leveraging the alumni association as a platform for connection, harnessing the local strengths of the Zhuhai Alumni Association while linking resources with alumni associations nationwide to help current students connect with senior mentors and entrepreneurial opportunities. During her leadership of the Zhuhai Alumni Association, she organized and co-organized several events of varying scales, such as the "One Yuan Coffee" initiative, the "GBA Campus-Enterprise Visit," and the "BNBU 20th Anniversary Alumni Charity Gala."

Yang Fan expresses her hope that through her experiences as a student and her entrepreneurial journey after graduation, she can offer an introductory and supportive experience to younger students interested in branding, media, planning, art toys, art, and commerce. She aims to help as many students as possible avoid unnecessary detours, hoping they can experience the joy and passion of entrepreneurship and ultimately achieve both personal fulfillment and a sense of social responsibility.
