Xia Tian is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA, License No. 139898) with 12 years of professional experience in taxation, auditing, and government subsidy project consulting. She focuses on a range of corporate management services, including technology project applications and supporting investment and financing, fiscal taxation, auditing, and industrial and commercial agency services.

From 2013 to 2017, she served as a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young (China) Advisory Co., Ltd. During her tenure, she participated in risk assessment and internal control projects for numerous domestic and international listed groups across various industries. This experience enabled her to accumulate extensive knowledge of internal control process management frameworks in different sectors, as well as a rich professional network. It was during this period that she obtained her CIA certification.

Since 2017, she has joined and taken on management roles at Zhuhai Gaosheng Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. and Zhuhai Shidai Tianyuan Financial Advisory Co., Ltd., while also serving as a Project Partner at Zhuhai Tianrui Certified Public Accountants. Her work has long focused on technology project applications, fiscal and tax compliance, auditing, and government subsidy consulting. Throughout her career, she has been committed to helping small and medium-sized enterprises improve the quality of their financial information and enhance their internal management process systems by learning from industry benchmarks in various domestic and international business processes.
