Yaodong Wang holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Advertising from BNBU and a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence and Digital Media from Hong Kong Baptist University, giving him a unique interdisciplinary background. He is currently the Founder and Partner of DM3 Consulting, with over 10 years of experience in overseas market strategy and global integrated marketing management.
He previously served as Global DTC Director at EcoFlow, where he was fully responsible for the strategy and operations of global direct-to-consumer channels. He oversaw sales, user operations middle office, internet products, and R&D modules, leading his team to achieve 10x business growth within two years and managing a business volume exceeding RMB 1.5 billion.
Prior to that, he was Global Digital Marketing Manager at Huami Technology, where he was responsible for global DTC growth strategies. He also served as a Content Specialist at RELX, leading global traffic growth initiatives and establishing their SEO framework.
During his tenure at DM3, Wang has long been dedicated to supporting the branding and growth transformation of Chinese brands going global, covering industries such as smart hardware, consumer electronics, personal care and beauty, baby and child products, mobility, and energy. His clients include leading brands such as Laifen, SHOKZ, Velotric, Speediance, and iFLYTEK. Centered on a systematic methodology of “Brand-User-Strategy-Execution”,he has proposed and implemented the DTNICE innovation model and the BTS integrated marketing methodology, helping enterprises achieve a transition from traffic-driven to brand-driven growth in the global market.
